The 20,000 Nm³/h organic waste gas treatment project has been successfully completed.

        Project Overview

        Company A was established in January 2022 and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of resin and coating chemical products.

        We have tailor-made a large-scale organic waste gas treatment system of 20,000Nm³/h for it this time, mainly used to treat the process waste gas produced by its Class A production workshop.

        The system successfully overcomes the technical pain points of complex waste gas components and great difficulty in treatment in the industry through a perfect combination of "pre-treatment + RTO + post-treatment", and solves the core problem of organic waste gas treatment for customers, achieving a win-win situation between environmental benefits and production benefits!

        This project adopts a "combination" efficient treatment process to ensure worry-free purification of waste gas:

        Pre-processing ➡️ Core processing ➡️ Post-processing

        Pre-treatment: dry filtration

        Efficient removal of dust and particulate matter from waste gas, ensuring the protection of core equipment downstream.

        Core processing: three-chamber regenerative combustion system

        Deep oxidation and decomposition of organic waste gas, with a treatment efficiency of more than 99%, is the "heart" of the system.

        Post-processing: Quenching + Primary Alkaline Wash Tower

        Quenching: Rapidly reduce the exhaust gas temperature to ensure safe operation of downstream equipment.

        Alkali wash tower: effectively removes acidic gases such as HCL and nitrogen oxides produced during the RTO combustion process, achieving thorough purification.

        Processing technology:

        After the treatment of this system, the waste gas emission is stable and better than the national most stringent: "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Synthetic Resin Industry" (B31572-2015) emission limit requirements.
