System principle: The adsorption of organic waste gas can be utilized by zeolite molecular sieve, and then the C, H compounds in the organic components are oxidized into harmless CO2, H2O, etc. by catalytic combustion.
Introduction to the zeolite wheel + catalytic combustion process
The pre-treated waste gas enters the zeolite concentration wheel + catalytic combustion system, which uses the porous adsorption of zeolite molecular sieve to adsorb and concentrate organic matter. The concentrated organic matter is oxidized and decomposed into harmless CO2 and H2O under the action of catalyst and at a temperature of 300~400℃, to achieve the purpose of purifying the air.

After pretreatment (removal of dust and particulate matter), the organic waste gas flows through the concentration rotor. The organic substances in it will be adsorbed in the adsorption area of the rotor. The waste gas purified by adsorption is discharged into the atmosphere. A small portion of the waste gas is cooled in the cooling area of the rotor and then heated to the desorption temperature of 180-220 ℃ through the heat exchanger before flowing into the desorption area. The organic matter in the desorption zone is separated from the adsorbent - zeolite into the heated gas flow, and the rotor is regenerated. The high-concentration VOCs after desorption are sent to the CO catalytic combustion.

CxHyOz + (x+1/2y-1/2z)O2 = xCO2 + 1/2yH2O + Energy
The desorbed concentrated waste gas is first exchanged with the high-temperature flue gas in the heat exchanger unit before entering the catalytic bed, preheating the desorbed waste gas and entering the catalytic bed. The desorbed gas is heated to 300℃ in the catalytic bed for catalytic oxidation reaction, and the organic components are oxidized into non-toxic and harmless CO2 and H2O, and heat is released. The formed flue gas (<650℃) is exchanged with the inlet gas before being discharged, and the emission meets the standard.

Medium and large volume of organic waste gas with medium and low concentration. The following harmful components should not be present in the waste gas entering the catalyst, otherwise it will affect the catalyst life. Harmful components such as: resin, polymer, strong acid and strong base, organic silicon or silicon compounds, inorganic components such as lithium chloride, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, ammonia, hydrogen fluoride, aluminum chloride, halogen, sulfide, phosphide, etc.

The characteristics of zeolite wheel
Heat resistance: does not burn basically, heat resistance temperature: 300 ℃, regeneration temperature: 180-220 ℃
The above regeneration temperature is the regeneration temperature for standard specifications, and for high-temperature heat-resistant specifications (special specifications), the regeneration temperature can reach 300℃.

In the treatment of organic waste gas, the combination process of two or more purification technologies has been rapidly developed in recent years. The zeolite wheel adsorption concentration technology is a new technology developed for the treatment of low-concentration VOCs, and the combination with the incineration technology forms: "zeolite wheel adsorption concentration + incineration technology".
