Pretreatment unit: Equipped with primary water wash + mist removal pretreatment, it can reduce the concentration of some soluble VOCS and improve the adsorption efficiency of activated carbon fiber at the back end.
Absorption unit: Modularly designed adsorption box filled with high-performance activated carbon fiber adsorbent material, which has high adsorption efficiency, stable adsorption performance, short desorption process, fast speed, and low desorption regeneration energy consumption.
Desorption unit: After adsorbing a certain amount of solvent, the adsorption unit must be analyzed and regenerated with saturated steam to form a steam-mixed solvent. The steam intelligent pressure control system can adjust the steam supply quantity in real time according to the solvent concentration in the adsorption box, meeting the desorption function while reducing energy consumption.
Cooling unit: The solvent steam is condensed and cooled by two stages of shell-and-tube condensers and spiral plate condensers to ensure the efficiency of solvent condensation.
Drying unit: The system uses circulating blowing, condensation, and dehumidification. The entire drying process does not allow waste gas to overflow to the outside of the system. The carbon fiber is completely dried, ensuring that the adsorption bed is in a normal temperature state when adsorbing waste gas in the next cycle, ensuring the adsorption efficiency of the adsorption core.
