2、The corrugated plate flame arrester is installed on the pipeline before the waste gas enters the CO to prevent the flame from spreading and diffusing vertically. When the waste gas backfires, the corrugated plate (flame arrester disk) absorbs the heat energy by the wall effect of the arrester, which extinguishes the flame and prevents the spread of the flame of the combustible gas and prevents backfire from causing an explosion.

3、 CO furnace body is equipped with a pressure relief film at the top, which opens to relieve pressure when the furnace pressure increases to a certain value.

(2) When the high-high alarm of the outlet temperature of the rotary adsorption and the cooling outlet temperature occur, the system enters the parking, closes the system intake valve, and opens the emergency cut-off valve on the waste gas pipeline for emergency venting.

(3) When the high-high alarm of the turbine wheel desorption outlet temperature is triggered, the system enters shutdown, the system inlet valve is closed, the emergency cut-off valve on the waste gas pipeline is opened for emergency venting, and the fire protection system is opened for fire protection;

(4) When the temperature of the CO furnace exceeds the set value of the high-high alarm, the system enters停车, closes the system inlet valve, opens the emergency cut-off valve on the waste gas pipeline for emergency venting, and at the same time opens the direct discharge valve at the outlet of the CO furnace to directly vent and cool;

7、The compressed air system is set with low pressure alarm interlock, when the air pressure is lower than the set value, the system starts the shutdown procedure to ensure the normal operation of the system.
