The mainstream end-of-pipe treatment process for VOCs organic waste gas in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry consists of a pretreatment system, a regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) system, and a post-treatment system. The pretreatment system is primarily composed of a scrubber and a mist eliminator, designed to primarily remove inorganic acid-alkali gases, particles, and water-soluble organic waste gas from the exhaust. The RTO system, primarily utilizing the mainstream box-type design, selects the number of boxes based on the exhaust gas volume to achieve deep removal of VOCs organic waste gas. And the post-treatment system is primarily composed of a quench tower and a scrubber, mainly responsible for removing secondary pollution generated during RTO combustion.
