The pulse jet (or line jet pulse) dust collector is currently a widely used and efficient dust collector worldwide. One of its key features is installing a blowing tube at the outlet of each blowing valve, which is responsible for efficiently blowing and cleaning the filter material installed beneath the blowing holes with pulsed air. When the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector hopper, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, some of the larger particles in the airflow are settled in the hopper under the action of kinetic and inertial forces. Fine-grained and low-density dust particles enter the dust filter chamber, where they deposit on the surface of the filter material through combined effects such as Brownian diffusion and sieving. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber and is exhausted via the exhaust pipe by the fan.
