Instructions for use: Party A's company was established in 2017. It is a Japanese-funded enterprise focusing on the research and development, production and sales of APIs and advanced intermediates. What our company designed and manufactured for the owner this time is a 53000nm³/h organic waste gas treatment system, which mainly treats high-concentration organic waste gas generated from five production workshops and sewage pools; the system uses pretreatment + three-tower regenerative combustion system RTO + post-processing Treatment is carried out; pretreatment adopts one-level alkali washing + one-level water washing: it mainly removes inorganic acid and alkali gases and particulate matter in the exhaust gas and some water-soluble organic waste gas in the exhaust gas; the three-tower regenerative combustion system RTO deeply removes For organic waste gas, the treatment efficiency is as high as over 99%; the post-processing uses quenching + alkali washing tower + water washing: reducing the temperature of the waste gas to ensure the safe operation of the back-end equipment and removing HCL, nitrogen oxides and other related gases generated by RTO secondary combustion, effectively solving the problem Owners’ organic waste gas management problems!

Instructions for use: Party A's company was registered and established in Anqing High-tech Zone, Anhui Province in December 2016. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research, development, production and sales of APIs and advanced intermediates. It has set up R&D centers in Hefei and Anqing respectively. This time, our company designed and manufactured a 20000nm³/h organic waste gas treatment system for the owner. It mainly deals with the high-concentration organic waste gas generated by the two production workshops and the breathing valve of the tank area. The system adopts pretreatment + three-tower regenerative combustion system. Regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO): Organic waste gas is preheated by a regenerative ceramic, then heated to a temperature of at least 750°C by a burner. In the combustion chamber, it is subjected to oxidative decomposition into carbon dioxide and water, releasing heat in the process. After heated in a regenerative ceramic, it is vented to the chimney. Typically, the heat recovery efficiency of regenerative ceramics is up to 95%. Theoretically, the temperature differences at the inlet and outlet are generally ranging from 20°C to 40°C.
Therefore, during normal operation, the supplementary heat from the burner is sufficient to maintain the temperature of the treatment system within the range of 20°C to 40°C; that is, heat is balanced within the system. For instance, the calorific value of ethyl acetate stands at 5,698 kcal/kg, while the theoretical self-sustaining combustion concentration for the system is approximately 2,290 mg/m3. Theoretically, when the waste gas reaches the self-sustaining combustion concentration, the heat generated from the oxidation and decomposition of organic waste gas is sufficient to maintain the heat balance of the system. By this point, the RTO system will not consume any natural gas.
Nowadays, the most commonly used RTOs for waste gas treatment are the 3-bed RTO and the rotary RTO, both boasting a treatment efficiency above 99%. The 2-bed RTO has slightly lower efficiency and is generally used for the processing of low-concentration waste gas.
